Dyno came to use with an idea of filming a series of one take videos that would be released over the coming months.
Pre-production – We started by finding a location to film at. The location for this video was Rump and Ribs, a restaurant in Manchester. As this was a one take video, no story board was required.
Shoot – On the day of the shoot we arrived at Rump and Ribs in the morning to setup up the equipment using the sunlight to light the set. We began filming a series of one takes viewing back each take until We had the take we wanted. All the footage was filmed on a single rig consisting of a Sony A7r3 camera with a 35mm lens. The camera was mounted on a DJI Ronin Gimbal for smooth fluid footage.
Post Production – We edited the footage we had obtained on Cut Pro. Because the footage was all shot in one take it was just a case of syncing up the footage with the track. We added in some title credits using stylish fonts. The video was then graded with over saturated colours to bring out the surrounding area.
